Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026 · Creston & Company
Creston & Company ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name and email when you join the waitlist or contact us. When you use Spark hardware, all camera and audio processing happens on-device. No raw video or audio is uploaded to our servers. We may collect anonymised telemetry (device health, command success rates) to improve performance, which you can opt out of at any time.
How We Use Your Information
Your email is used to send product updates, launch notifications, and early-access information you signed up for. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Anonymised, aggregated usage data may be used to improve Spark's AI models and performance.
App Integrations
When you connect third-party apps (Google Calendar, Slack, Gmail, etc.), Spark requests only the minimum permissions needed. You can revoke these at any time from the Spark app settings. We do not store the contents of your emails, messages, or calendar events on our servers beyond the time needed to fulfil a command.
Data Retention
Waitlist email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. On-device data is stored locally and never synced to our cloud without explicit action. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@sparkai.com.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified providers. We conduct regular security audits and responsible-disclosure reviews.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@sparkai.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Spark evolves. We will notify waitlist members by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page.
