Tracking an order

You do not need us for this. Your order number is in the email we send when your payment goes through — look the order up with that number and your phone number. If something looks wrong, email us with the order number.

Something arrived damaged, or does not work

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Locked out of your phone

Use an emergency unlock if you have one left — here is how they work. If you have none left, or Strict mode is on and your Spark is out of reach, write to us with what happened.
