Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Anywhere in India that our courier partners deliver to. We do not ship internationally at present.

What it costs

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order and is already included in the price you see. There are no handling or packaging charges added at checkout.

How long it takes

We dispatch within TODO(dispatch timeline, e.g. 5 business days) of your payment clearing. Delivery typically takes a further 3–7 working days depending on your PIN code. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Tracking your order

Every order has a status page — visit the link in your confirmation, or look it up with your order number and phone number. Once dispatched, the courier name and tracking number appear there.

Payment methods

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking through Razorpay. We do not currently offer cash on delivery.

Undelivered parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available after the courier's attempts, we will contact you at TODO(support email) to arrange redelivery.
