Privacy Policy

The short version

The Spark app keeps your block lists and session history on your phone. They never reach our servers. We cannot see what you blocked, when you focused, or what is on your device. This website collects only what it needs to sell and ship you a key.

What we collect when you order

• Your name, email, phone number and shipping address — to deliver your order and issue a GST invoice.
• What you bought and what you paid — for accounting and warranty.

We never see your card or UPI details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay; the card number is typed into their form, not ours.

Referral links

If you arrive through a /r/ referral link we store a cookie for 30 days so the person who referred you gets credit. We record the click with your IP address and browser user-agent hashed — we keep the fingerprint, not the value — plus the page you landed on. These records are deleted after 90 days.

Accounts

Buying does not require an account. If you create one — to use the app or to join the referral programme — authentication is handled by Clerk, who hold your email, phone and password. If you join the referral programme we store your email and phone so we can tell when an order was placed by you through your own link.

Who else sees your data

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Clerk — account sign-in, if you create an account.
• Our courier partner — your name, address and phone, to deliver the parcel.

We do not sell your data. There is no advertising network on this site.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to TODO(support email) and we will respond within 30 days. Erasing data we need for tax records — invoices, for instance — may not be possible until the statutory retention period ends.

How long we keep things

• Orders and invoices: as long as tax law requires.
• Referral click records: 90 days.
• Abandoned checkouts: kept so we can help if you come back.
