Who we are

Spark is operated by TODO(registered legal entity name), TODO(registered business address), GSTIN TODO(GSTIN). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

The product

Spark is a Bluetooth Low Energy key that works with the Spark app to lock chosen apps on your phone while the key is out of range. The app is free and has no subscription. Calls, Maps and alarms are never blockable.

Spark is a focus aid, not a security device or a parental-control guarantee. A determined person can factory-reset a phone. We describe it honestly and you should buy it on that basis.

Prices and payment

All prices on this site are shown excluding GST. GST is added at checkout and the total displayed before you pay is the amount you will be charged. Per-unit prices fall as you buy more; the applicable rate is calculated on your whole order and shown in your cart before payment.

We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed — the price you saw at checkout is the price recorded on your order.

Orders

An order is confirmed when your payment is captured, not when you submit the form. If payment fails, nothing is charged and no order exists. We may cancel and fully refund an order if we cannot fulfil it.

Cancellation, refunds and warranty

Set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: full refund before dispatch, replacement (not refund) for damage reported within 7 days of delivery, 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering a working product and honouring the warranty above. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — missed deadlines, lost work, or anything arising from your phone being locked or unlocked. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of TODO(city for dispute jurisdiction).
