What runs
Six ways to show up, every week
Every session begins the same way: everyone locks their phone with the Spark key.

Start the day before the phone does. The host opens, everyone locks their phone with the key, and the first hour of the day belongs to you.

Questions
Before you join
Does it cost anything?
No. The sessions, the challenges and the meditation library are free for members. The only thing anyone buys is the Spark key, once.
Do I need the key to take part?
Yes. Every session starts with everyone locking their phone with the key, and the 30-Day Challenge leaderboard is built from the hours the Spark app logs as locked. Without a key there is nothing to lock and nothing to count.
Are the sessions recorded?
The 9 PM Wind-down is recorded, so anyone can use it on any night. The 6 AM Lock-in and the Sunday Check-in are live only — being there is the point.
What does the challenge leaderboard show?
Locked hours, as logged by the Spark app, ranked member against member and city against city. It shows time locked, never what you did on your phone — the app does not know that.
Lock in at six with everyone else.
Buy a Spark, pair it with the free app, and the calendar comes to you.
