Spark for a team is one key per person, bought once at the catalogue's volume price, with no per-seat subscription and no admin console to run. The app is free; each person signs in and pairs their own key, and their block lists stay their own — there is no employer view.

Three situations, one object
Every company says it values deep work. Very few make it visible. A key in a bowl by the door does more for a meeting culture than another policy document, because it is the only version of the rule that can be seen from across the room.
Deep-work blocks
A morning window — 9:30 to 11:00, say — with the team's phones locked and the keys in a bowl by the door. The hard part of a focus culture is making it visible, and a physical object does that in a way a calendar invite never has.
Phone-free meetings
Not a rule anyone has to police. People lock before they walk in — one tap in the app, and it works with Bluetooth switched off — and getting a phone back means a walk to the bowl and holding it against your own key.
After-hours boundaries
Work apps locked on a schedule from seven, and unlockable by fetching the key if something genuinely breaks. A boundary that holds by default — the key is in a drawer, not in a policy — and calls always get through.

Volume pricing starts at 2 keys. Every price below is per key and excludes GST, which checkout adds and shows before you pay.

Mixed colours count towards the same quantity — the tier is decided by how many keys are in the order, not by which ones. Colour, key type and preorders can adjust the price per key, and checkout shows the exact figure before you pay. The lowest tier today is ₹824.75 per key, at 4 keys or more.
An order holds up to 10 keys, and each order is priced by its own quantity at the catalogue tiers above. A larger team places more than one order — talk to us first if you would like to plan it.
Two kinds of key.The Bluetooth Spark works with any iPhone on iOS 17 or later and any Android phone on Android 12 or later, runs on a CR2032 coin cell, and unlocks when a phone is held against it for about fifteen seconds. The NFC Spark is slightly cheaper, has no battery and unlocks with a tap, but only on a phone with an NFC reader — which many budget Android phones do not have. Each person’s account uses one kind of key, so if you do not know every phone on the team, the Bluetooth Spark is the one that fits all of them.
What a team spends is the keys, once. There is no per-seat licence, no annual renewal and nothing that lapses — the app is free, with no subscription. Each key is paired to one person’s account and stays with it: someone who leaves keeps theirs, and a paired key cannot be moved to a new hire’s account, so a new starter needs a new key. Orders ship free anywhere in India, with a GST invoice on request; the delivery detail is on shipping and the replacement terms are on refunds.
You buy the keys. You don’t get a dashboard.
There is no admin view of who locked what, or for how long, or how often somebody unlocked early. Locking and unlocking happen on the phone. Each person signs in to pair their own key, and what syncs — modes, block lists, sessions — belongs to their own account; nothing we hold about an individual is reported to you. The one shared view is a Room, where members see each other’s focus time, and joining one is up to each person.
That is a design decision rather than a roadmap gap. A focus tool that doubled as surveillance would destroy the trust it depends on: the moment a key is something your employer can audit, it stops being a commitment somebody made to themselves and becomes a rule they will route around. We did not build that and will not.
Three steps, no IT project
Nothing to integrate, nothing to host, no permissions to grant at the organisation level. The heaviest part of the rollout is deciding who gets a key.

Send people the app
The app is not in the App Store or Google Play yet; once it is, send people the store link. It is free and it is not distributed through MDM — there is no admin console to stand up and nothing to integrate. Each key protects one person's phone.

Everyone pairs their own
Each person signs in on their own phone and pairs their own key with the code on the card that comes with it. Sign-in and internet are needed once; after that, locking and unlocking work offline. Their modes, block lists and session history belong to their own account — you never see any of it.
Whoever placed the order should not sign into the app with the ordering email unless the keys are theirs: that puts every key in the order on one account. Hand each person their key with the card that comes with it, and they pair it on their own account with the code printed on the card.
The blocking runs on each phone through the operating system’s official APIs. On Android, Strict mode adds friction to uninstalling the app during a session — booting into Safe Mode or switching off its Accessibility permission gets past it. On iPhone, deleting the app ends the session. On either platform the key raises the cost of breaking a session rather than making it impossible, and that is how to buy it.

Is there an admin dashboard?
No, and there will not be one. There is no view of who locked what or for how long. Each person signs in to pair their own key, and what syncs belongs to their account, not to yours. The one shared view is a Room, where members see each other's focus time — and joining one is up to each person. A focus tool that doubled as employee surveillance would destroy the trust it depends on.
Is there a per-seat subscription?
No. The app is free with no subscription, and the key is a one-time purchase. What a team spends is the number of keys it buys, once.
Can one key cover a meeting room or a team?
No. A key pairs to one person's account, each person needs their own account, and an account is active on one phone at a time — so it is one key per person. A key that has been paired also cannot be moved to a new starter's account, so plan on a new key for each new hire.
Do we get a GST invoice?
A GST invoice is available on request. Checkout does not collect a company GSTIN, so we cannot issue a B2B invoice for input-tax credit today — if you need one, email us before you order. Every price we quote is ex-GST; the tax is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
Does it work the same way on iPhones and Android phones?
Mostly. Each phone does the blocking through its operating system's own APIs, on iOS 17 or later and Android 12 or later. What happens if someone loses their key?
They have five emergency unlocks for the life of their account — they do not refill — so a lost key is an inconvenience rather than a crisis. Strict mode hides those unlocks, though: with Strict mode on, the key is the only way out of a session. Replacing a key is a new purchase — loss is not covered by the warranty, which covers manufacturing defects, and anything that arrives damaged is replaced free within 7 days of delivery.
No pilot numbers yet. We have not run one, so there is nothing to report — and a team buying focus hardware is exactly the buyer who would check. What is on this page instead is the shape of the offer: one key per person, bought once, no per-seat licence and no employer view of anyone.
