What a team spends is the keys, once. There is no per-seat licence, no annual renewal and nothing that lapses — the blocking app is free and stays free, so a person who leaves takes a working key with them and costs you nothing. There is no admin view of who locked what, or for how long, or how often somebody unlocked early. Block lists and session history stay on each person’s device, because locking and unlocking happen entirely on the phone — no account, no server, nothing sent to us that could later be reported to you.
That is a design decision rather than a roadmap gap. A focus tool that doubled as surveillance would destroy the trust it depends on: the moment a key is something your employer can audit, it stops being a commitment somebody made to themselves and becomes a rule they will route around. We did not build that and will not.

No, and there will not be one. A focus tool that doubled as employee surveillance would destroy the trust it depends on.
Is there a per-seat subscription?
No. The app is free with no subscription, and the key is a one-time purchase. What a team spends is the number of keys it buys, once.
Do we get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every order is invoiced with our GSTIN and the product's HSN code. Every price we quote is ex-GST, so the tax is added at checkout and itemised on the invoice rather than buried in the headline figure.
Does it work the same way on iPhones and Android phones?

We document that difference rather than implying a guarantee we cannot keep. Both platforms hold a session; they do not defend against a determined person to the same degree.
What happens if someone loses their key?
They are not locked out of their own phone. Emergency unlocks exist and are deliberately capped, so a lost key is an inconvenience rather than a crisis. Replacing the key itself is a new purchase — loss is not covered by the warranty, which covers manufacturing defects, and anything that arrives damaged is replaced free within 7 days of delivery.
