Joining

Anyone with a Spark account can join and get a referral link. Joining is a choice — we never enrol people automatically, because this programme pays real money and that should never happen to someone by default.

What you earn

A percentage of the item value of orders placed through your link, excluding GST and shipping. Your current rate is shown in your portal. Creators approved through our application process earn a higher rate.

If your link also gives the buyer a discount, commission is calculated on the discounted amount — the part actually paid for the product.

How attribution works

Clicking your link sets a cookie that lasts 30 days. If someone clicks another affiliate's link after yours, theirs replaces it — the most recent link before purchase is the one credited. Cookies can be cleared or blocked by the buyer's browser, and we cannot credit a purchase we cannot see.

When commission becomes payable

Commission accrues when an order is paid, and becomes payable once the order is dispatched. If an order is cancelled and refunded before dispatch, the commission for it is cancelled too.

Getting paid

• Request a payout once your payable balance reaches the minimum shown in your portal.
• We pay by UPI or bank transfer, usually within a few working days.
• Tax is deducted at source only if your earnings from us pass the threshold set by Indian law in a financial year. If you approach it we will ask for your PAN — we will not pay out past that point without one, and we will never quietly deduct a penalty rate instead of telling you.

Orders you place yourself

Using your own link for your own purchase is flagged for review. We do not reject these automatically — buying a second key for a family member is legitimate and looks identical to gaming the system — but a person will look at it.

Things that will end your participation

• Bidding on Spark's brand terms in paid search.
• Posting your code to coupon or deal-aggregator sites.
• Spam, or claiming to be Spark.
• Making claims about the product we have not made ourselves.

We may suspend an account and withhold unpaid commission where we find deliberate abuse. We will tell you why, and you can ask us to look again.

Changes

We may change rates or these terms. Changes never apply to commission already earned — the rate is fixed to each order at the moment it is placed.
