A commitment made to yourself is easy to renegotiate on Wednesday. A commitment made to four people who will ask about it on Sunday is not.
The Check-in is an hour every Sunday, with phones locked. Everyone is split into rooms of five and each person answers two questions. The host writes every commitment into a shared sheet, so next week begins exactly where this one left off.
How it runs
One hour, two questions
Phones locked with the Spark key for the whole hour, then into rooms of five.
- 01
Did I keep last week's commitment?
Everyone in your room of five reads back the commitment they made last Sunday, from the shared sheet, and says honestly how it went. No excuses needed and none offered — just what happened.
- 02
What is next week's?
Then one commitment for the week ahead: specific, small enough to keep, and said out loud to four people who will ask about it next Sunday. The host writes it into the sheet.
Who it's for
Made for people who…
People who plan well and follow through less
The gap between the plan and the week is exactly what four other people asking about it on Sunday closes.
Anyone doing the 30-Day Challenge
A weekly room keeps a month-long habit honest in the middle weeks, where it is easiest to let it slide.
Members who want to know other members
Rooms of five are small enough that you actually talk, and after a few Sundays you know who you are showing up for.

Questions
About the Sunday Check-in
Is it recorded?
No. The Check-in is live only: it depends on the people in your room hearing you, and you hearing them.
What happens to my commitment after the call?
The host logs it in the shared sheet, so next Sunday your room starts by reading it back. Nothing is lost between weeks.
What counts as a good commitment?
Something you can clearly say yes or no to next Sunday. "Study more" is hard to report on; "Lock-in on four mornings" is not.
